The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this agreement:

To register and maintain an active jps88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jps88 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21+. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted in your jurisdiction to access online betting services of the type offered by jps88. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are acting under guardianship orders are not eligible to register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion that you have previously applied to your jps88 Account or to any other gambling platform.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one active jps88 Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

All financial transactions on the jps88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jps88 does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees on IDR transactions. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your IDR Wallet.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed with an average completion time of under three minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or peak periods. jps88 targets a maximum processing window of 24 hours for all withdrawal requests.
• Source of Funds: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or payment instruments not registered in your name are prohibited and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.

• Dormant Account Fees: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 may be applied to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account by logging in.

jps88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (typically expressed as a turnover requirement, e.g., 5x or 10x the bonus amount) will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members whose Accounts are in good standing and who have not violated these Terms. jps88 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses from Members found to be exploiting promotional terms, using multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that remain unused after the period specified in the applicable promotion will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.

jps88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 6.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jps88.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without valid grounds.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, jps88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an Account is closed by the Member voluntarily and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's designated payment method within 5 business days.

jps88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised terms take effect — except where a shorter notice period is required by law or necessary to address an urgent security or regulatory matter.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange closure of your Account and return of any verified balance.
